If you are not 100 % statisfied with you order, I want to know about it. I guarantee all of my work and want you to be completely happy. Please contact me and return your order within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Please insure your order, as I will not be responsible for lost/damaged goods during shipping. Once I receive your order in the same condition I sent it, I will then refund your money.

If sizing is the issue, I will resize your jewelry 1 time free of charge excluding all shipping charges. If workmanship is the issue, I will repair any defect free of charge.

How do I care for my new jewelry? TOP

Some tips to help keep your jewelry looking beautiful.

1. Make sure your jewelry is ALWAYS the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.

2. Keep your jewelry in an air tight container or plastic baggy.

3. Do not wear your jewelry while cleaning,swimming or bathing.

4. Sterling silver can and WILL tarnish. If it starts to tarnish simply wipe with the polishing cloth I enclosed with your order. Always try to keep them in a plastic bag or jewelry box. Do not use jewelry cleaner or water to clean them.

5. Never store pearls in plastic bags.

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet? TOP

If you have a bracelet that already fits you perfectly just measure that from end to end with a tape measure or ruler. If not,take a tape measure around your wrist until nice and snug, then add about 3/4 of an inch to that measurement.

How do I measure my ankle for an anklet? TOP

Same goes for an anklet as does a bracelet. If you have an anklet that fits you perfectly,measure that from end to end with a tape measure or ruler. If not take a tape measure and wrap it around your ankle until snug take that measurement and add about 3/4 of an inch.
